  4. Watching Christmas movies as a family throughout December. We usually decorate the weekend before Thanksgiving since we are out of town for Thanksgiving. We've actually already started listening to Christmas music!! My personal favorite Christmas tradition is doing a Christmas bible study!! Nothing better than drawing near to God during the hustle and bustle of Christmas.

  7. We do an advent calendar as we count down the days until Christmas, and each day has a verse from the Bible story. There's usually a surprise for each day--sometimes candy, a Christmas craft, baking, movie or story time and our favorite--the golden tickets found in their bed, going to see Christmas lights in PJs with hot chocolate (we call it the Sequoia Express!)

  9. Our favorite tradition is christmas morning breakfast. Since I was a little girl we have had an amazing christmas breakfast with my family. We have continued it with my children. It's such a special time for our family to come together.

  11. Each of our kids gets a picture frame ornament each year with a current picture of them in the ornament. They each have a box to hold their picture ornaments. I love when they open the box as we decorate the tree and ooh and aah and giggle over their photos throughout the years.

  12. We always put up the tree during thanksgiving week... Eat soup, easy cookies, and drink sparkling cider :) my favorite part of our family traditions is celebrating Advent every day leading up to Christmas... Teaching our sweet children what Christmas is really about!

  13. We love filling our Operation Christmas Child boxes :).

  14. We love going to Christmas tree farm and getting our tree together as a family.

  15. We love putting the Christmas tree up while listening to Christmas music and baking cookies. Of course we have the tradition of opening one present on Christmas Eve, and playing "dirty" Santa. It's where everyone buys one gift for a man or woman and we put them in the middle of the room and youngest to oldest opens one gift. The next person in line can "steal" their gift or open their own gift. Everyone has fun and everyone eventually ends up with something good.

  16. After the tree is decorated we all cuddle up eating dessert and talking about our favorite Christmases from the past!

  17. On Christmas Eve, we eat a spaghetti dinner and then open up Christmas pajamas before bedtime.

  18. Not exactly my ideal way of celebrating Christmas because I have bad experienced before while using some of the giveaways that got before from some of the offers, so I guest it is better for me to do Essaywriter reviews for my stuff of works in the office.
